MICON VALVES’ AN ISO 9001-2008 Company was founded by the Technocrats in 1900 who were having an experience of over three decades in valves technology. The company is engaged in design, development, manufacturing and supply of quality valves. The Company has the expertise and facilities to meet the growing demand of process industries, for standard / customized valves for a wide range of application. Our wide range of products include Cast Carbon Steel, Alloy steel, Stainless steel, Duplex stainless resistance stainless steel, forged carbon steel, Gate, Globe, check, Ball and Butterfly valves, Safety valves Steam traps, Pressure reducing valves, Plug valves and Diaphragm valves and Needle valves sizes ranging from 1/2″ NB to 48″NB in Pressure Rating from 150# to 2500# (PN 20 to PN 420) as per API, ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN, JIS standard and Butterfly Valves up to 72″NB (POD TESTED) as per AWWA-C-504, PRESSURE CLASS125# 150# & 300#.(PN6 TO PN50).

“Micon Valves” manufactured in two different plants manufacturing area admeasuring 50,000 sq.ft. Located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai and Satara, near Pune, Maharashtra, Western India, a commercial HUB & industrial belt of the country.
The strength of “Micon Valves” is the quality of the products which results from the design capabilities, implementation of controlled production norms, inspection as a continuous process, good mechanical engineering facilities and finally the testing.
All this is backed by the dedicated shop floor workforce, engineers, technocrats and the professionals which totals to two hundred.
